【摘 要】 现代发明为人类的多种愿望提供了实现的可能性,使人类能够实现更高境界的和谐。人类的和谐包括人与自然的和{皆、人类相互关系的和谐,以及人类个体内心世界的和谐。在这3个方面,科学都能够提供有益的帮助,使和谐具有更加深厚的理性基础。人类亦有可能滥用现代技术,动摇文明的基础,使和谐化为泡影。应呼唤人文情怀与哲学智慧,思考科学探索与技术发明的终极价值。 【关键词】 科学 人类 和谐 Abstract:Science enriches the human knowledge and extremely enhances the ability of the human.Modern technology based on the discovery of natural science has provided the possibility to realize the desire of mankind for different purposes.It is possible to reach the better state of harmony of the human being. Three factors are composed in harmony of the humankind,including the harmony between the human and the nature,among the peoples,as well as in mentality. Science may Provide hopeful help and enhance the rational foundation of harmony for them.It may happen that modern technology be abused to shake the foundation of the civilization.Calling for the intelligence of humanity and philosophy,and reconsidering the ultimate value of scientific research work and technological inventions are sacred responsibility of today. 提升公民科学素质的新探索 翟立原
【摘 要】 基于对公民、素质和科学素质内涵的相关界定及《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》提出的公民具备基本科学素质的一般要求,从4个方面为提升公民科学素质制定子目标。依据子目标给出了相应的科学传播内容体系,提出应建立测度公民接受科学传播后其相应科学素质变化的评估指标体系。 【关词键】 公民 科学素质 子目标 内容体系 指标体系 Abstract: Based on the definition of citizen,literacy and scientific literacy,as well as the common commands of citizens of scientific literacy claimed in the Outline of National Action Program for Scientific Literacy of All Chinese Citizens,this paper discusses the creation of sub—aims of improving the public scientific literacy in four aspects.The paper also supports a content system in terms of science communication,and appeals to set up an assessment indicator system which can be used to measure the scientific literacy changes after the public are informed of the content Keywords:citizenry;scientific literacy;sub—aims;contents system;indicator system
