我国县处级公务员科学素养现状及国内比较

[摘  要]  本文使用我国第六次公众科学素养调查方法和评价标准，以我国东中西部地区具有代表性的17个省、自治区、直辖市及副省级城市的县处级公务员为调查对象，经对调查问卷的统计分析；首次得到我国县处级公务员科学素养现状的基础数据及其与我国地厅级公务员和2005年我国公众的对比。

Abstract： Using the same method in the 6th Investigation on Scientific Literacy of Chinese Public， we obtain basic analysis datum of scientific literacy of Chinese civil officials at county level．At the same time，we finish comparing the data with the scientific literacy of the Civil Officials at Bureau level．

竺可桢的科普思想及实践

[摘  要]  竺可桢是20世纪中国地理学和气象学的一代宗师，作为一名科学家，在我国气象学界和地理学界做出了卓越的贡献。同时他还是身体力行的科普作家，一生写了大量的科普作品。对科普有深刻的理解。他生前发表过的科普文章、所作科普讲演和报告的讲稿，以及未曾发表过的有关手稿和油印稿有160篇之多。内容更是涉及气象学、地理学以及科举思想、科学方法、科学教育、科学家和科学史等众多领域，许多作品堪称中国科普作品的经典之作。另外他还曾经领导中国科普事业。学习和探讨他的科普思想和科普实践对我国现在的科普工作具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract： Coching Cho，one of academic authorities and leaders of China，makes a great contribution to the Chinese modern geography and meteorology as a scientist．He is a good writer of popular science too and he wrote a lot of articles about science and has a profound understanding of popular science．There are one hundred and sixty published articles and speeches of popular science，and the unpublished manuscripts and mimeograph of the draft in total．The topics include meteorology，geography，scientific thought，scientific method，science education and history of science and many other fields．Many of them are the classic works． When while，Cho had ever lead the cause of science popularization of China．It is an important reference for

current popular science to study and discuss his thoughts and practice in popular science．

英文“科普”称谓探识

[摘  要]  科普一词大约出现在19世纪中叶，确切的年代还有待于今后去发现。科普观念的产生与科学的职业化和专业化的直接的关系。公众理解科学和科学传播的提法始盛于20世纪80年代，但是其源头还要早。

Abstract：The article is excerpted from the Report on the Study of the History of American Science Popularization．The term Popular Science appeared around the mid of 19th century．The exact date of its existence still needs further investigation，though．The notion of popular science apparently has close relation with the professionalism and specialization of science．Public Understanding of science and science communication became popular in 1980s，but they also derived from an earlier period．

科学传播：我们迷失了什么

[摘  要]  随着科学传播理论研究的不断深入，对科学传播的目的性和必要性已逐渐形成共识，而如何进行更有效的科学传播，即科学传播中的策略问题，越来越成为科学传播领域急需解决的重要问题。本文主要基于对Christopher Hamlin教授观点的分析得出科学传播多方互动的网络模式。

Abstract： Along with the further research of Science communication theories，there is a Consensus of the purpose and necessity of science communication． But how to carry on a more valid science communication，that is，the strategy of science communication that urgently needs to be resolved  becomes more and more important．Mainly based on the analysis of Christopher Hamlin's standpoint，the article puts forward a various parties interaction network mode of science communication．
